Pro Bono Tarot Guild

The Pro Bono Tarot Guild is an association of tarot readers who give free and low cost readings to the public.

The mission of the Pro Bono Tarot Guild is to help spiritual tarot readers provide services to ALL sincere seekers regardless of (the seeker's) financial circumstances.

The guild itself was set up to help readers with common issues that arise with giving free tarot readings such as; being inundated with requests for free readings, having to deal with a lot of rude and entitled querents, not being appreciated for one's time and effort, and becoming energetically drained from giving a lot of free tarot readings.

However, two secondary reasons to join the guild are;

1. Free readings are a great way for aspiring professional readers to hone their skills until professional competency, or Journeymanship.

2. Within some mystical and occult traditions (such as Rosicrucianism and Theosophy), selflessly giving free tarot readings can be done regularly as a spiritual practise.

To become a member, you don't need to pay any money as membership dues. Instead, you need to make a personal commitment to give some pro bono tarot readings (you decide the amount based on your desires and circumstances).

Then, you need to maintain your membership by providing proof every 6 months that you have made a good effort to fulfil your commitment to pro bono tarot readings.

Yes. As long as you make clear progress towards your goal of giving pro bono tarot readings (such as by regularly learning tarot reading) then you can still be a member of the guild with all of it's benefits.

The membership benefits are;

-A community of fellow tarot readers to network with and keep you motivated in your pro bono tarot journey.

-Discounted Personal (1-to-1) mentorship with the tarot tutor to help you give free readings with joy.

-Discussions channels on specific topics related to pro bono tarot reading. For example; a channel on various pro bono pricing strategies, a channel on dealing with the public and a channel on legal & ethical considerations.
